We want to ensure that updating your payment option is secure and easy. Please review the following sections depending on how you'd like to receive your payments during your engagement:
Direct Deposit 💵 - Quickest and most seamless way to receive your money!
- Send an email to hello@tcwglobal.com requesting to change your payment option to direct deposit (or if you're needing to change direct deposit accounts).
- Our Support team will verify your information against our records to securely move forward with next steps on updating your direct deposit.
- After successful verification, you'll receive a response with instructions on how to update your direct deposit securely within WebCenter.
- Up to two accounts can be used for direct deposit, in the event you would like your deposit split between two of your accounts.
- During this process, you'll be requested to fill out general information and provide one of the following documents with your name, full account and routing number:
- Copy of a voided check
- Letter from the bank (Cannot be handwritten)
- Screenshot of statement of online banking
- Once your documentation is received, our Support team will be able to review and follow-up via email and phone call regarding next steps towards your set-up!

Rapid! Paycard 💳 - Alternative option to receive payment without needing to provide bank details.
- To request a Rapid! Paycard, submit your information here to securely notify our Support team of your interest.
- Our Support team will verify your information against our records to move forward with setting up your Rapid! Paycard.
- After successful verification, we will begin the set-up process which will include preparing your physical paycard to be sent out via mail.
- When we've updated our system to ensure deposits are made to your paycard, our Support team will send over a confirmation email as well as phone call.
- Your email will include helpful information on Rapid! Paycard along with the the mailing timeline of 7 to 10 business days of when to receive your physical paycard.

Physical Check 💲 - Alternative option if you're unable to provide bank details.
Before requesting a physical check, we highly recommend reviewing our two prior options for direct deposit or paycard. These options are a quick way to receive your payment with no delay!
- If you're interested in receiving a physical check for your weekly payments, send an email to hello@tcwglobal.com regarding your request.
- If you are needing to also change your physical and/or mailing address, we recommend following this article to ensure we have the correct information on file.
- Please note, physical checks can take up to 7 to 10 business days to be received within the mail.
- Our Support team will verify your information against our records to ensure we're proceeding securely before updating your payment option - We may also call you to further verify your details.
- After successful verification, we will update your payment option to a physical check and send over a confirmation email and quick phone call once complete.
