Company Admins have access to their company talent pool link.
The link will take you to your company talent pool landing page. Share the link to invite qualified talent to join your company's talent pool.
A talent will complete their profile by adding their employment preferences, experience, skills, and education.
Your entire talent population (workers with engagements in StaffingNation and new talent invited through your company talent pool link) can be found on your Talent page.
Create tags to group your talent for easy searching and reporting!
From a job order, go to the Candidates tab and use the “Talent Pool Search” to find the perfect candidate!
Search for skills, titles, names, keywords, etc., and add talent directly to the order.
To move forward with a talent, click “Consider,” then “Request Interview,” and finally “Hire Candidate” to send an offer letter to your new worker.
