Alabama
Minors ages 14-15 may not work more than 3 hours on a school day, 8 hours on a non-school day, 6 days per week, 18 hours per week, or before 7am or after 7pm on any day of the week, nor during school hours (8am-3pm). Minors ages 16-18 years old may not work after 10pm or before 5am on a night preceding a school day. Minors ages 14-15 may not work more than 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, 40 hours per week or before 7am or after 9pm each day. Minors 16 and older do not have an hour restriction during this time. \n Documented breaks of at least 30 minutes are required for minors ages 14-15 working 5 or more continuous hours per day.
Alaska
Minors ages 14-15 are limited to a total of nine hours of school attendance plus work hours per day. Work may only be performed between 5am and 9pm, and there is a maximum of 23 working hours allowed per week. No minor under 18 may work more than 6 days in any work week. For 14 and 15 year olds, work hours are limited to 40 hours per week, between the hours of 5am and 9pm during school vacations. No minor under 18 may work more than 6 days in any work week. Minors under 18 are entitled to a 30 minute break after 5 or 6 hours of consecutive work.
Arizona
No one under 16 can work more than 3 hours on a school day when enrolled in school; or before 6am or after 9:30pm; when there is no school the next day they can work until 11pm. If a person is not enrolled in school they can work 8 hours per day/40 hours per week, but not before 6am or after 11pm. Arkansas
A child under 16 may not work more than 6 days in a week, 48 hours in a week, 8 hours in a day or before 6am or after 7pm. On nights preceding non-school days they may work until 9pm No child under the age of 17 shall be required to work more than 6 days in a week, more than 54 hours in a week, more than 10 consecutive hours in a day, more than 10 hours in a 24-hour period or before 6am or after 11pm. On nights preceding non-school days they may work until 12 midnight. A child under 16 may not work more than 6 days in a week, 48 hours in a week, 8 hours in a day or before 6am or after 7pm. On nights preceding non-school days they may work until 9pm Children 16 years of age may be employed between the hours of midnight and 6am on nights preceding non-school days except in certain occupations or as otherwise prohibited under state/federal law  
California
Minors ages 14-15 who have completed 7th grade may work while school is in session but no more than 3 hours per day and only outside of school hours or 18 hours per week, and only from 7am-7pm. Minors ages 16 and 17 who have completed 7th grade may work while school is in session but no more than 4 hours on a school day or 8 hours on a non-school day or any day preceding a non-school day, and only between the hours of 5am and 10pm on a school day or until 12:30 am on a day preceding a non-school day. No more than 48 hours per week. When school is not in session 14 and 15 year olds may work 8 hours per day and a maximum of 40 hours per week. \nFrom June 1 through Labor Day they may work from 7am-9pm. Minors under 18 may work 8 hours per day/48 hours per week. Minors ages 12-13 may only work when school is not in session (holidays, vacations, weekends) and only from 7am-7pm or 9pm from June 1 - Labor Day
Colorado
No minor under the age of 16 is able to work during school hours or in excess of 3 hours, except as granted by school release permit. Work is prohibited between the hours of 9:30pm and 5am. No more than 40 hours per week or 8 hours in a 24 hour period of work can be performed unless there is a business emergency. There are no restrictions on the hours of work for minors ages 16+ Minors under 16 can work over 6 hours if the next day is not a school day, additionally the hours of work limits do not apply if the next day is not a school day. There are no restrictions on the hours of work for minors ages 16+  
Connecticut
May not be employed more than 40 hours in any week, 8 hours in any day. May work between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Allowable hours of work varies by industry, however during school weeks the in the majority of industries they may not work before 6am or after 10pm, for more than 6 hours per day or 32 hours per week. May work 8 hours per day on Saturday/Sunday 14 -15 year olds may not work more than 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day. 15 year olds may work from 7am -9pm from July 1 through the first Monday in September. Hours of work requirement vary by industry, however the in the majority of industries, may work up to 8 hours per day/48 hours per week with a maximum of 6 days per week.  
Delaware
Minors 14-15 years of age shall not work before 7am or after 7pm, more than 4 hours per day on school days or 18 hours in a week when school is in session for 5 days. They may not work more than 6 days per week. Minors ages 16-17 Shall not spend more than 12 hours in a combination of school and work hours per day and have at least 8 consecutive hours of non-work/non-school time in each 24 hour period. Must have a non-working period of at least thirty (30) minutes when performing work for more than five continuous hours. Between June 1 and Labor day, Minors ages 14-15 may not work before 7am or after 9pm, and may work for 8 hours per day, but not more than 40 hours per week. There are no restrictions on hours of work that a 16 or 17 year old minor may perform when school is not in session. Minors under the age of 14 may not be employed.
District of Columbia
No minor under 18 may work more than 6 consecutive days, or 48 hours in any 1 week, or 8 hours in any one day. No minor under 18 may work more than 6 consecutive days, or 48 hours in any 1 week, or 8 hours in any one day. Minors ages 16-17 may not work before 6am or after 10pm of any day during the school year. No minor under 18 may work more than 6 consecutive days, or 48 hours in any 1 week, or 8 hours in any one day. Between June 1 and Labor Day, minors ages 16 and above may be employed outside of the general 7am-7pm working time window.  
Florida
When school is in session, minors ages 14-15 may work a maximum of 15 hours per week, including 3 hours per day on school days and up to 8 hours per day on Saturday/Sunday. They may work during the hours of 7am and 7pm but not duing public school hours. When public school is in session, minors ages 16 and 17, may not work before 630am or after 11pm or for more than 8 hours per day when school is scheduled the following day. They may not work more than 30 hours per week, unless a parent, guardian, or school superintendent fills out the Department of Business Development and Professional Regulation waiver and provides it to the company. June 1st through Labor day minors ages 14-15 can work up to 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) and between the hours of 7am and 9pm. During the summer and when school is not scheduled on the following day (such as on a Saturday), minors can work their full schedule, and the hours of work restrictions do not apply. Teens must be provided a 30-minute break every for hours if working more than 8 hours per day. Homeschooled teens and/or those who attend virtual school may work during school hours.
Georgia
Minors ages 14 and 15 can work 3 hours on a school day and 18 hours in a school week. They may not work before 7am or after 7pm or during the hours when the local school system is in session. There are no restrictions for minors ages 16 and 17 in Georgia. Minors ages 14 and 15 may work 8 hours on non-school days and 40 hours in nonschool weeks. There are no restrictions for minors ages 16 and 17 in Georgia.  
Hawaii
Minors ages 14 and 15 may work not more than 3 hours per day on a school day, and not more than 18 hours per week on a school week. They may only work between the hours of 7am and 7pm There are no restrictions on hours of work except for when the minor is required to be in school. Minors ages 14 and 15 may work 8 hours on non-school days and 40 hours in nonschool weeks, and between the hours of 6am and 9pm. There are no restrictions on hours of work except for when the minor is not in school.  
Idaho
When school is in session, minors ages 14-15 may work a maximum of 18 hours per week, including 3 hours per day on school days. They may work during the hours of 7am and 7pm. Minors ages 16 and 17 may not work during school hours when school is in session, or for more than 8 hours per day. When school is not in session minors ages 14-15 may work 8 hours per day and a maximum of 40 hours per week. \nFrom June 1 through Labor Day they may work from 7am-9pm. May not work more than 8 hours per day.  
Illinois
When school is in session, children 14 and 15 may work up to 3 hours per day, 24 hours per week, and the combined hours of school and work must not exceed 8 hours. Working hours are limtied to between 7am and 7pm There are no specific restrictions for minors ages 16 and over in IL. When school is not in session minors under 16 may not work more than 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, or more than 48 hours per week. Working hours are between 7am and 9pm from June 1 - Labor Day There are no specific restrictions for minors ages 16 and over in IL.  
Indiana
14 and 15 year olds may work 3 hours per school day, 8 hours per school week, and not before 7am or after 7pm. 16 and 17 year olds may work 9 hours per day, 40 hours per school week, no more than 6 consecutive workdays. They may not start work between the hours of 12am and 6am and may only work until 10pm on nights followed by a school day On non-school days 14 and 15 year olds may work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per non-school week. From June 1 - Labor Day working hours are between the hours of 7am and 9pm. On non school weeks, minors ages 16-17 may work up to 48 hours per week. On nights followed by a non-school day, there is no restricted end time for minors ages 16-17. They may not work in an establishment open to the public between 10pm and 6am unless another worker at least 18 years old works the same hours.  
Iowa
Minors under 16 may work between 7am and 9pm, for a maximum 6 hour shift on school days, 8 hour shift on weekend days, and a maximum of 28 hours per week. There are no specific restrictions for minors ages 16 and over in IA. Minors under 16 may work between 7am and 11pm when school is not in session, for a maximum of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. There are no specific restrictions for minors ages 16 and over in IA. A 30 minute break must be provided after 5 hours of work.

Kentucky
14 and 15 year olds may not work before 7am or after 7pm, for more than 3 hours per day on a school day, 8 hours per day on a non-school day, or 18 hours per week. 16 and 17 year olds may work between the hours of 6am and 1030pm on days preceding a school day, and until 1am on days that do not precede a school day, unless they have parental permission to work additional hours (the permission must be in writing and kept at the employer's place of business). They may not work more than 6 hours per day on a school day, or 8 hours per day on a non-school day. There is a maximum of 30 hours per week, unless they have written parental permission for additional hours. When school is not in session, 14-15 year olds may work until 9pm, and for up to 8 hours per day/40 hours per week. There are no restrictions on hours of work that a 16 or 17 year old minor may perform when school is not in session.  
Louisiana
14 and 15 year olds may not work before 7am or after 7pm, for more than 3 hours per day on a school day, 8 hours per day on a non-school day, or 18 hours per week. There are no time standards for minors ages 16 and 17 with regard to the number of hours worked per day or week, however, minors must receive an 8 hour rest break at the end of each work day before their next day of work may begin. When school is not in session, they may work until 9pm, and for up to 8 hours per day/40 hours per week. There are no time standards for minors ages 16 and 17 with regard to the number of hours worked per day or week, however, minors must receive an 8 hour rest break at the end of each work day before their next day of work may begin.  
Maine
Minors ages 14 and 15 may not work more than 6 days in a row, before 7am or after 7pm, for more than 3 hours on a school day including Friday, or more than 18 hours in a week where school is in session on one or more days. Minors ages 16 and 17 who are enrolled in school may not work more than 6 days in a row, before 7am on a school day or after 10:15pm on the night before a school day. They may not work more than 10 hours on a holiday or other day when school is not in session during the school year. They may not work more than 24 hours in a week. On the last day of a school week they may work up to 8 hours. During summer vacation 14-15 year olds may work until 9pm. When school is not in session they may work no more than 8 hours in one day or 40 hours in the week. To work 40 hours in the week, school must be out for the entire week. Minors ages 16 and 17 may not work more than 10 hours in any one day, and no more than 50 hours in a week.  
Maryland
Minors ages 14-15 may only work during non-school hours, for 3 hours per day and 18 hours per week. They may only work between 7am and 7pm. Unless enrolled in a work study program. Minors ages 16 and 17may spend no more than 12 hours between school and work on a given day. Must be given 8 consecutive hours of non-work, non-school time in a 24 hour period. Minors ages 14-15 may work 8 hours per day/40 hours per week when school is not in session. May work between 7am and 9pm from June 1 through Labor Day. The same rules apply regardless of whether school is in session.  
Massachusetts
Minors ages 14-15 may not work more than 3 hours a day, 18 hours per week, or 6 days per week on school days/weeks. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays they may work until 9pm and for up to 8 hours per day. After 8pm, all minors must have direct/immediate supervision of an adult, unless they are working at a kiosk/cart in an enclosed shopping mall with security. Minors between 16 and 17 can work between the hours of 6am and 10pm on nights preceding a school day if the establishment stops serving customers at 10pm, they may work until 10:15pm. On nights not precding a school day, they may work until 11:30pm, or midnight if they work at a restaurant or racetrack. After 8pm, all minors must have direct/immediate supervision of an adult, unless they are working at a kiosk/cart in an enclosed shopping mall with security. Regardless of whether school is in session, they may work no more than 48 hours per week, 9 hours per day, 6 days per week. Minors ages 14-15 may work up to 9pm; 8 hours per day/40 hours per week. After 8pm, all minors must have direct/immediate supervision of an adult, unless they are working at a kiosk/cart in an enclosed shopping mall with security. A minor may not work more than 6 days in a week or more than 10 hours per day (with a weekly average of 8 hours per day). Minors ages 16 and 17 may work 24 hours per week, but not before 6am or after 1030pm Sunday through Thursday and 11:30pm Friday and Saturday. The same rules apply regardless of whether school is in session. When school is not in session minors ages 16017 may work up to 48 hours per week, and between the hours of 6am and 11:30pm. Minors are limited to working no more than 10 hours per day with a weekly average of 8 hours per day. A documented break of at least 30 minutes must be provided if more than 5 hours of work is performed.
Minnesota
Minors ages 14 and 15 may not work before 7am or aftr 9pm; for more than 8 hours per day; on school days during school hours, unless a certificate is issued by the school district superintendent. Large employers may not let minors under 16 work more than 3 hours per day or 18 hours per week or past 7pm. Small employers may permit work until 9pm. High school students ages 16 and 17 may not work after 11pm on the evening before a school day or before 5am on a school day. No additional rules or exceptions apply. Mississippi
Minors ages 14 and 15 cannot work during school hours or for more than 18 hours per week. Montana
Minors in this age group may not be employed before 7am or after 7pm, for more than 3 hours on a school day or 18 hours in a school week. Montana's child labor laws do not apply to youth ages 16+ May not work more than 8 hours per day; 40 hours per week. From June 1 to Labor Day may work between the hours of 7am and 9pm. Montana's child labor laws do not apply to youth ages 16+  
Nebraska

New Hampshire
Minors in this age group may not work during school hours, before 7am or after 7pm or more than 3 hours per day/18 hours per week 16 and 17 year olds that are enrolled in school may not work more than 6 consecutive days or 30 hours per week during the school calendar week. May not work more than 10 hours per day in manufacturing, nor more than 10 1/4 hours per day in manual or mechanical labor. 14-15 year olds may not work before 7am or after 9pm from June 1 through Labor Day, or more than 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. May not work more than 6 consecutive days or 48 hours per week from June 1 through Labor Day or more than 10 hours per day in manufacturing, nor more than 10 1/4 hours per day in manual or mechanical labor nor more than 8 hours per night if working at night. \n  
New Jersey
Minors in this age group may not work more than 3 hours per day on a school day, 8 hours per day on Saturday/Sunday, more than 18 hours per week or before 7am or after 7pm. They may not work more than 6 consecutive days. May not work more than 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day or before 6am or after 11pm. On Fridays, Saturdays, and days that are not followed by a school day, they may not work after midnight. They may not work more than 6 consecutive days 14-15 year olds may not work more than 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, for more than 6 consecutive days or before 7am or after 9pm (from last day of school through Labor Day) No more than 50 hours per week, no more than 10 hours per day, no more than 6 consecutive days in a workweek. They may not work before 6am or after 11pm. For those that work at restuarants or seasonal amusements, they may not work before 6am or after 3am. All minors must be given a 30-minute meal break after 6 continuous hours of work.
New Mexico
Minors in this age group may not work more than 3 hours per day, 18 hours per week or before 7am or after 7pm No one 16+ can work after 7pm when school is in session 14-15 year olds may not work more than 8 hours per day; 40 hours per week. From June 1 to Labor Day may work between the hours of 7am and 9pm. No one 16+ can work past 9pm in the summer months  
New York
Minors in this age group may not work more than 3 hours per day on a school day, 8 hours per day on Saturday/Sunday, more than 18 hours per week or before 7am or after 7pm. They may not work more than 6 consecutive days. Minors may not work during school hours; home-schooled children may not work during the hours of the local public school. To work between 10pm and midnight on the day before a school day 16 and 17 year olds need written permission from a parent or guardian and be in satisfactory academic standing. Minors may not work during school hours; home-schooled children may not work during the hours of the local public school. 14-15 year olds may not work more than 8 hours per day, 6 days per week or 40 hours per week. May not work more than 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, or 48 hours per week. \n  
North Carolina
Minors in this age group may not work more than 3 hours per day on a school day, more than 18 hours per week or before 7am or after 7pm. They may only work outside of school hours. Youth enrolled in grade 12 or lower may not work between the hours of 11pm and 5am when there is school the next day. 14-15 year olds may work up to 8 hours per day/40 hours per week, and may work between the hours of 7am and 9pm from June 1 through Labor Day. There are no restrictions on hours of work that a 16 or 17 year old minor may perform when school is not in session. A 30 minute break must be provided after 5 consecutive hours of work.
North Dakota
Teens ages 14 and 15 may only work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM from Labor Day through May 31 . In addition, 14 and 15 year-old workers are limited to a maximum of 3 hours of work on a school day and 8 hours on a non-school day; and 18 hours in a school week A school week is considered any week, Sunday through Saturday, in which school attendance is required for any part of four or more days. There are no restrictions for persons ages 16 and above under North Daktoa youth employment laws 14-15 year olds may work between 7am and 9pm between June 1 and Labor Day, and up to 40 hours per week. There are no restrictions for persons ages 16 and above under North Daktoa youth employment laws  
Ohio
Minors in this age group may not work more than 3 hours per day on a school day, more than 18 hours per week or before 7am or after 7pm. They may only work outside of school hours. Persons ages 16 and 17 required to attend school may not work before 7am or 6am if the person was not employed after 8pm the previous night. They may not work after 11pm on any night preceeding a day that school is in session. 14-15 year olds may work between 7am and 9pm from June 1 to September 1 or on any school holiday of 5 school days or more No additional rules or exceptions apply.  
Oklahoma
Minors in this age group may work a maximum of 3 hours on a school day, but not during school hours. May work a maximum of 18 hours in a school week. May work 8 hours on a non-school day. Must be provided a 1 hour rest period for 8 consecutive hours of work, or a 30-minute rest period for 5 consecutive hours of work. May work between the hours of 7am and 7pm There are no restrictions on hours or times of work once a minor reaches age 16. They may work during school hours. 14-15 year olds may work 8 hours per day/40 hours per week when school is not in session. May work between 7am and 9pm from June 1 through Labor Day. There are no restrictions on hours or times of work once a minor reaches age 16.  
Oregon
When school is in session minors in this age group may work a maximum of 3 hours per day on school days, 8 hours per day on non-school days, and a maximum of 18 hours per week. May only work during the hours of 7am-7pm, and work is not allowed during school hours. Minors ages 16-17 may work any hours, with a maximum of 44 hours per week. 14-15 year olds may work a maximum of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. From June 1 through Labor Day may work 7am-9pm. May work any hours with a maximum of 44 hours per week.  
Pennsylvania
Minors in this age group may not work before 7am or after 7pm, unless it is during a school vacation period, then they may work until 9pm. May not work for more than 3 hours on a school day, 8 hours on a non-school day, nor for more than 18 hours in a school week. Those ages 16 and 17 may not be work before 6am or after 12 midnight, and not more than 8 hours per day or 28 hours per week, unless they are a high school graduate or have withdrawn from school, in which case they may work full-time. On non-school days 14 and 15 year olds may work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per non-school week. During school vacation periods working hours are between the hours of 7am and 9pm; unless the student is enrolled in summer school. If so, the "in session" restrictions apply. May not work more than 10 hours pr day, or 48 hours in the week; any hours over 44 in the week must be agreed to by the minor. They may work between the hours of 6am and 1am. If they are enrolled in summer school, "in session" rules apply.  
Rhode Island
Work may not be performed during school hours, or before 6am or after 7pm. They may not work more than 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. There is a maximum limit on hours of work for minors ages 16 and 17 of 48 hours per week, 9 hours per day. They may not work before 6am or after 11:30pm, unless there is no school the next day in which case they may work until 1:30am. They must be provided an 8 hour respite between the end of a shift on one day and the start of a shift on the next. During school vacations, work is permitted between 6am and 9pm fof minors ages 14-15. There are no limitations on hours during school vacations. For those who have left school, there are no limitations on hours or curfews.  
South Carolina
During normal school sesions (includes all days in which the school observes a standard academic calendar) they may work a maximum of 3 hours per day, 18 hours per week and only between the hours of 7am and 7pm, but not during school hours. Minors ages 16 and older are exempt from the hour and scheduling restrictions. During non-school sessions (i.e. summer vacation) 14-15 year olds may work up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Work schedules must fall between the hours of 7am and 9pm. Minors ages 16 and older are exempt from the hour and scheduling restrictions.  
South Dakota
Minors in this age group may not be employed for more than 4 hours per school day, 20 hours per school week or later than 10pm on a school night. There are no restrictions for minors ages 16+ 14-15 year olds may work up to 8 hours per day/40 hours per week. There are no restrictions for minors ages 16+  
Tennessee
Minors in this age group may not work more than three hours per day, 18 hours per week, and no earlier than 7am or later than 7pm Minors ages 16+ may not be employed during those hours when the minor is required to attend class, or between the hours of 10pm and 6am Sunday-Thursday preceding a school day. 14-15 year olds may not work more than 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. May not work before 6am or after 9pm There are no restrictions when school is not in session. A thirty minute break must be provided after 6 consecutive hours of work.
Texas
May not work more than 8 hours per day; 48 hours per week; or before 5am or after 10pm on a day tahat is followed by a school day (including summer sessions). Cannot work past midnight on a day that is not followed by a school day. There are no restrictions on the hours of work for minors ages 16+ There is no distinction on the hours of work allowed when school is in session versus not in session. There are no restrictions on the hours of work for minors ages 16+  
Utah
A minor under age 16 may not be employed or permitted to work during school hours without proper authorization from school authorities. There are no restrictions on the hours of work for minors ages 16+ There are no restrictions on hours of work when school is not in session. There are no restrictions on the hours of work for minors ages 16+  
Vermont
14-15 year old minors may not be employed during school hours, before 7am or after 7pm, more than three hours per day on school days, or more than 18 hours per week on school weeks. They may not work more than 6 days per week. Minors ages 16-17 may not work more than 9 hours per day or 50 hours per week. 14-15 year olds may work between the hours of 7am and 9pm from June 1 through Labor Day and for up to 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. May not work more than 9 hours per day or 50 hours per week.  
Virginia
Minors under the age of 16 may only work between the hours of 7am and 7pm, but not during shool hours. May only work 3 hours per day on a school day or 18 hours per week in a school week. May work 8 hours per day on non-school days, and 40 hours per week on non-school weeks. There are no restrictions on the hours of work for minors ages 16+ From June 1 - Labor Day minors ages 14-15 may work between the hours of 7am and 9pm, for up to 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. There are no restrictions on the hours of work for minors ages 16+  
Washington
Minors ages 14 and 15 may work no more than 3 hours per day (8 hours on Saturday/Sunday), 16 hours per week, and 6 days per week. They may work between the hours of 7am and 7pm Minors ages 16-17 may work no more than 4 hours per day (8 hours on Saturday/Sunday), 20 hours per week, 6 days per week. May only work between the hours of 7am and 10pm (Midnight on Friday/Saturday/Sundays before a holiday). On any non-school week minors ages 14-15 may work no more than 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 6 days per week. They may work between the hours of 7am-7pm, or 9pm from June 1 - Labor Day. May work 8 hours per day, 48 hours per week, 6 days per week. They may only work between the hours of 5am and Midnight.  
West Virginia
Minors ages 14-15 may not work more than 3 hours per day. May not work before 7am or after 7pm There are no restrictions on the hours of work for minors ages 16+ 14-15 year olds may not work more than 8 hours per day. May not work before 7am or after 7pm. From June 1 through Labor Day, may work 40 hours per week and from 7am-9pm There are no restrictions on the hours of work for minors ages 16+  
Wisconsin
Minors ages 14-15 may work no more than 3 hours per day, 18 hours per week, and only between the hours of 7am and 7pm. May work up to 8 hours on non-school days, and 40 hours on non-school weeks. If a 16 or 17 year old minor is employed after 11pm, they must have 8 hours of rest between the end of one shift and the start of another. 14-15 year olds may work up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, unless attending summer school. From June 1 - Labor Day may work between 7am and 9pm. If employed after 11pm, must have 8 hours between the end of one shift and the start of another. Must receive a 30 minute break for every 6 consecutive hours of work.
Wyoming
Minors ages 14-15 may not work more than 8 hours in any 12-hour period. May not work before 5am or after 10pm on nights followed by a school day, midnight on nights not followed by a school day. Children not enrolled in school may work for an 8 hour period between 5am an midnight. Minors ages 16-17 may not work more than 8 hours in any 12-hour period. May not work before 5am or after 10pm on nights followed by a school day, midnight on nights not followed by a school day. Children not enrolled in school may work for an 8 hour period between 5am an midnight. 14-15 year olds may not work more than 8 hours in any 12-hour period. May not work before 5am or after 10pm on nights followed by a school day, midnight on nights not followed by a school day. Children not enrolled in school may work for an 8 hour period between 5am an midnight. May not work more than 8 hours in any 12-hour period.
